Virgene Stift, age 91, of Vernon Hills, preceded in death by her adoring husband John J. Stift. Loving mother of Susan Stift, Lynda (Axel) Dannhauer, Ron (Leslie) Stift, Karen Stift, Julie (Sonny) Pearson, John (Patti Voss) Stift and the late Pamela Garriott. Cherished grandmother of Colleen Ryan (Keith Baumann), Amy (Andrew) Serafin, Patrick Dannhauer, Brian Stift, Daniel Stift, Shauna (Derek) Wing, Clay (Juliana) Garriott, Matt Pearson, John Pearson and the late Seabrooke Mooney. Loving Gee-Gee of 8 great grandsons.
Virgene was an avid supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
